Duck eggs require 99.5°F and slightly higher humidity from the start — 55–60% early, increasing to 70% during the last three days. Most breeds hatch in 28 days, except Muscovy ducks which take 35 days.
Quail eggs hatch quickly — usually in 17–18 days. Keep the incubator at 99.5°F and 45% humidity, increasing to 65% for the final 2 days. Use a dedicated quail rack or turner for best results.
